Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Content Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying web content solutions using Adobe AEM.

The successful candidate will have expertise in multi-site/multi-channel delivery, personalization, content aggregation, multilingual support, automated workflows, and social media integration.

About the Role

The Senior AEM Architect will provide technical leadership and guide teams in designing, developing, and deploying web content solutions using Adobe AEM.

You will evaluate business needs, propose scalable solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into effective AEM solutions.
  • Evaluate infrastructure, assess capacity, and plan for scalability.
  • Provide solution architecture for AEM implementations and third-party integrations.
  • Address non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with clients, analysts, developers, and system administrators.
  • Lead technical discussions, client demos, and create POCs.
  • Mentor teams while contributing hands-on to design and development.
  • Drive excellence in deployment, release management, and operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in Java/J2EE solution design and deployment.
  • At least 5 years of core experience in Adobe AEM or similar WCM/ECM product suite.
  • Expertise in XML, XHTML, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, JSP, RESTful services, and Java.
  • Deep understanding of Java, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, Spring, Hibernate, Apache Sling, JCR (JSR-170/283), JSR-168/286, and OSGi (Apache Felix).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in configuration planning, testing, and change management.
  • Familiarity with design patterns and Agile methodologies.
