Meta Ads Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Digital Specialist to join our team as a Meta Ads Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a focus on delivering high-performing campaigns.

  • This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, and who is able to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

About the Role

As a Paid Digital Specialist, you will be working closely with our Australian team members to execute high-quality campaigns that meet client objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Campaign planning, setup, launch, and optimization on Google Ads (Search, Pmax) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  2. Building and maintaining account structures that support efficient testing and long-term scale
  3. Staying up-to-date with algorithm changes, audience trends, and platform updates
  4. Conversion tracking and attribution setup across platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads)
  5. Performance optimization, including budget management, bid optimization, and pacing
  6. Client communication and reporting, including creating Loom videos and preparing detailed reports

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Experience working with ecommerce and lead generation clients
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Confidence in setting up conversion tracking, including GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Events
  • Ability to navigate Shopify and understand how to connect and optimize ad tracking
