Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to lead our paid media campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development and Management: Design, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other prominent platforms to drive maximum ROI.
  • Keyword Research and Targeting: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness and reach target audiences.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Closely monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Ad Creative Development: Create, test, and refine ad creatives, copies, and formats to drive better results and improve user engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ads align with brand guidelines and standards.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and report campaign performance with actionable insights, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spends, maximizing ROI.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with platform changes, new features, and industry best practices to maintain expertise and adapt to evolving market trends.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and 1–3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other leading ad platforms.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics.
  • Multi-Tasking and Time Management: Able to work on multiple campaigns and meet deadlines with precision.
  • Professional Certifications: Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications a plus.
