Job Title: Key Account Manager
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Calls and Follow-up: Ensure timely demand calls are made and follow up reminders are sent to customers.
- Highlight Defaulters: Identify defaulters and other risks, providing prompt action to ensure timely resolution.
- Collection Closure: Finalize collection closures and provide necessary inputs for monthly reports and MIS.
- Collections Monitoring: Monitor outstanding collections from customers.
- Account Reconciliation: Coordinate with accounts for reconciliation to avoid issues in customer care systems.
- Customer Expectations: Effectively manage customer expectations for visits and handovers.
- Smooth Transition: Facilitate smooth transition for customers post-handover.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers regarding progress of construction work, customization of flats, and possession of flats in coordination with the Sales Department.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Confidence and Interaction: Confidence to interact with customers internally and externally.
- Proficiency in Tools: Proficiency in customer care systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Legal Knowledge: Basic knowledge of legal aspects in real estate.
- Construction Concepts: Brief understanding of construction concepts.
