Job Description">

As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in enabling commerce for companies with winning aspirations. You will be responsible for connecting and empowering cloud-based delivery and service networks in the world of digital.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with business and technical partners to capture, understand, and deliver requirements. You will estimate efforts and drive solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with software developers and application specialists to define project requirements and manage lead projects independently.

You will also be responsible for hands-on testing to validate solutions developed and implemented. Additionally, you will lead on technical POCs evaluations of tools as appropriate.

Able to organize your own workload by staying agile and responsive to our organization's needs.

You will present recommendations and solutions clearly and focus on key points to portray the intended message or purpose.

Strong interpersonal skills are required for this role, including the ability to envisage and create the roadmap of the product being developed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in computer science or engineering from a reputable institute.
  • 5-8 years of strong expertise in business analysis and requirements management processes.
  • Collaborate with business and technical partners to capture, understand, and deliver requirements.
  • Estimate efforts and drive solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working with IT providers and/or system integrators on local or global assignments.
  • Scrum Master, Product Owner Certification, or IIBA certification is an advantage.
