Our organisation is seeking a highly experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee daily financial activities and ensure seamless financial performance.
- Manage day-to-day transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash receipts, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure accuracy in daily financial postings, reconciliations, and closing activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial operations process, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with organisational policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements to ensure alignment with internal accounts.
- Prepare, review, and present daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to highlight financial performance and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA/CPA Inter/Final qualification is preferred.
- Proven work experience (4+ years) in an accounting or finance role, ideally in managing day-to-day operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
