Job Overview

The Business Analyst is a critical role in driving business growth and success by analyzing and optimizing business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of conflicts of interest, pitchbook tool, and global regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stakeholders and anchor business discussions, conduct business workshops and requirements elicitation.
  • Anchor the Scrum calls, track backlogs and prioritize based on criticality.
  • Drive analysis with business by documenting current and future state processes.
  • Interact with business users, product owners, and project managers to understand business requirements and processes.
  • Manage regression test cycles, functional testing, and create relevant documentation.
  • Maintain JIRA for Sprint dashboards and regular updates.
  • Maintain Confluence repository.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sound understanding of Conflicts of Interests, pitchbook tool.
  • Understanding of global regulations and functions of global regulators.
  • Understanding of various financial products.
  • Deep dive analysis of products upon ad hoc requests.
  • Keeping the relevant process and policy documents up to date.
  • Production of several Senior Management reports.
  • Support PO activities.
  • Drive automation topic of existing processes.
  • Identify opportunities within existing processes and implement same for other regions.
