We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to help clients optimize their supply chains using powerful optimization tools. You will be instrumental in understanding unique business needs, designing and configuring applications, and ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of data. This role requires deep expertise in supply chain optimization and strong technical skills to deliver successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the implementation of supply chain optimization solutions.
  • Design, build, and configure applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Develop and implement data models, integrations, and custom scripts within the optimization environment.
  • Ensure the accurate and efficient flow of data within the system.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (internal and client-side) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for implemented optimization solutions.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation related to all projects.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in supply chain planning and optimization functionalities.

Skills Required:

  • Deep expertise in all areas of supply chain optimization, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of scripting languages for data manipulation, workflow automation, and custom calculations.
  • Experience with integrating optimization software with other enterprise systems using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing data models within the optimization environment.
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards within the optimization platform.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
