We are seeking a skilled SAP Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of our SAP applications across various modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of SAP application performance (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori) using tools like LoadRunner and JMeter. You'll identify performance bottlenecks, optimize system configurations, and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Monitoring & Tools: Implement DynaTrace or similar APM tools to monitor application performance and health. You will design and execute comprehensive reports to ensure timely identification and resolution of performance issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with functional and technical SAP teams to resolve performance issues during peak loads. You'll collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure test environments accurately simulate production behavior and work with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) to optimize cloud-based performance scenarios.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Performance Optimization with a focus on SAP systems.
  • Proficiency with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and DynaTrace.
  • Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and related integrations.
  • A solid understanding of performance tuning and profiling techniques.
  • Experience in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
