Infrastructure Project Management Specialist

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead complex infrastructure projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and knowledge of IT service management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with global teams for deployment execution and site readiness
Technical Oversight:
  • Ensure the implementation of robust security measures, including Zero Trust, firewalls, and endpoint security
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and enforce compliance with industry standards
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Align goals and expectations across departments through effective communication
Process Optimization:
  • Drive automation and documentation efforts, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors
  • Lead onboarding initiatives for new sites/systems with minimal disruption
Compliance & Governance:
  • Integrate security and privacy objectives into all project phases
  • Ensure documentation readiness for audits and business continuity planning

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
6+ years in IT Infrastructure Project Management
Expertise in strategic planning, risk management
Knowledge of ITIL 4 & Certified PMP
Experience managing hybrid environments & cloud migrations
