Job Title: Circle Incharge

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage spot billing process: Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with field staff: Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure seamless execution of operations.
  • Maintain project compliance: Ensure adherence to guidelines and reporting protocols, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Administrative tasks: Handle basic administrative duties related to billing and data collection, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Daily activity monitoring: Regularly review daily activities, identifying discrepancies or operational issues and reporting them to the project head.
Qualification:
  • Educational Requirement: Intermediate (10+2) qualification is required for this position.
