Lead Manufacturing Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled manufacturing leader to drive our engineering team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and define end-to-end manufacturing processes for new components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create CNC programs and conduct first-time-right prove-outs on CNC machines.
  3. Select and validate cutting tools for machining operations, ensuring optimal performance.
  4. Design and oversee the development of jigs, fixtures, and gauges that meet quality standards.
  5. Identify and resolve complex manufacturing issues, implementing process improvements and reducing cycle times.
  6. Ensure seamless customer approval processes.
  7. Maintain comprehensive process documentation in compliance with industry standards.
  8. Drive strategic initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  9. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical).
  • 10–14 years of experience in manufacturing leadership and engineering.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
