Job Description

The Adopt Enablement Data Migration Expert plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data migration activities.

This expert acts as a bridge between global and local teams, facilitating the effective capture and delivery of local requirements during deployment.

The incumbent is responsible for serving as the focal point for assigned data objects in scope for deployment or local data migration projects.

This position collaborates with Business Data Owners (BDOs), Functional Experts, ETL teams, legacy system teams, and deployment teams to drive migration activities.

  • Collaborates with Business Data Owners (BDOs), Functional Experts, ETL teams, legacy system teams, and deployment teams to drive migration activities.
  • Verifies data transformation tools and outputs for deployment wave projects and manages DMW load file preparation.
  • Executes DVT scripts and supports defect/hypercare incident resolution for assigned data objects.
  • Cordinates defect resolution or escalates to GDMEs as needed.
  • Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as GxP and CSV.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of ERP project implementation experience with strong data migration expertise.
  • Proven experience in data migration execution across multi-country, multi-system environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS and strong understanding of GxP and CSV requirements.
  • SAP Certified in at least one relevant functional area.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix-based organization.
  • Strategic and hands-on mindset with experience running meetings, tracking progress, and managing issues.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages preferred).
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to healthcare or regulated industry environments.
  • Prior experience leading data migration in large ERP programs.
