Job Title

Migrate customer data with ease and precision. As a specialist in this field, you will use your technical skills to create a streamlined method of moving clients from their legacy platforms to our cutting-edge platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage complex data migrations to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to efficiently manage large datasets.
  • Transform and model recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) so the thought process becomes second nature.
  • Own the end-to-end process, including the injection of new data into our production environments and supporting customer success.
  • Establish clear, efficient processes for data handling and write documentation for end-to-end pipeline management.
Requirements
  • Experienced applicants must have conducted numerous customer migrations (over 20). This involves transforming data to onboard customers into software or solutions.
  • Internal migration experience is also considered, but please note this is a migration-focused role.

  5. A 60-minute technical interview with Pavel, VP of Engineering, to evaluate expertise and problem-solving.
  6. Cultural interviews to ensure a strong cultural fit.
