About Data Migration Specialists

We're looking for experienced applicants who possess a high level of expertise in data migration, transformation and management.

The ideal candidate will have conducted numerous customer migrations (over 20) and have experience transforming and migrating data as part of a data engineering role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, managing, and optimising complex data migrations
  • Developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to efficiently manage and transform large datasets
  • Built deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies)
  • Ownership of the end-to-end process, including injection of new data into our production environments and supporting customer success to delight the client during this migration
  • Establishing clear efficient processes for data handling and writing documentation for end-to-end pipeline management
