Job Description:

Our team is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into scalable, optimized Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.

As a trusted advisor, you will understand clients' business goals and align deployment to support strategic outcomes. You will manage expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into scalable, optimized Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business goals and aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes.
  • Manage expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manages team workload and assignments for AMS and Optimization Projects.
  • Ensure delivery meets quality standards, is within budget, and provides measurable ROI.
  • Contribute to the refinement of internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators.
Requirements:
  • 8 to 10 plus years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Skilled in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning.
  • Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required).
  • Workday Financials Certification (preferred).
  • Workday Project Manager Certification (preferred).
