Job Title: Manufacturing Manager

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced manufacturing professional to lead our production operations and drive business excellence.

  • Responsible for the production of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built hybrid integrated circuits for space and defense customers.
  • Coordinates all export sales and meets sales plan targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Engages in short-term and medium-term planning and budgeting to achieve company goals and objectives in manufacturing operations.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure quantity, quality, and delivery requirements are fulfilled.
  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the safety of personnel, materials, and machines.
  • Provides support to new product development and production processes, drives cost reduction initiatives, improved productivity, and effective utilization of available resources.

Requirements:

  • Possesses a minimum of 15+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.
  • Exhibits strong leadership and people management skills, demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and possess strong problem-solving skills, skilled in selecting, training, and constructively motivating teams.
  • Capable of considering short-term, medium-term, and long-term requirements, hands-on experience in production processes, competent in managing a large team consisting of senior engineers, technicians, and utility personnel.
