Responsibilities include:

  • Effective communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
  • Vendor compliance management, including monthly compliance checks.
  • Resolving vendor queries and coordinating with finance teams for payouts.
  • Deep understanding of labour laws, including upcoming labour codes.

Mandatory skills include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations, and good interpersonal skills.

Years of experience required: 3-5 years.

Education qualification: LLB.
