Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Database Architect to lead the design and implementation of our enterprise database systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance databases that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

  • Design and implement secure database solutions using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
  • Monitor and optimize database performance through indexing and query tuning.
  • Develop and maintain database security controls, including encryption, access controls, and auditing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 7+ years of hands-on experience in database administration, design, and performance tuning.
  • Expertise in SQL Server and working knowledge of other RDBMS, including PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
  • Strong proficiency in T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance analysis tools.
  • Experience with HA/DR solutions, such as AlwaysOn Availability Groups, Log Shipping, and Replication.
  • Solid understanding of database security, compliance, and role-based access control.
