Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a skilled Software Lead to lead the development and configuration of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in Syncade MES platform and be able to synchronize solutions based on best practices.
  • The successful candidate will design, implement, and test a full stack of Syncade MES technologies using ASP.Net, C#, MVC, SQL, VB Script, and VB.Net.
  • They will engage with project stakeholders, conduct workshops to gather and analyze requirements, define functional requirements, and review software solutions.
  • This role involves working with Solution Architects/SMEs to ensure that functional Design and development aligns with User requirements, Solution, and guidelines and standards.
  • The Software Lead will develop Webpart, Batch Reports, and Integration with L2, L3, and L4 systems such as ERP integrations-Oracle EBS, SAP, LIMS, CMMS etc.
  • In addition, they will create and maintain required documentation for the project execution.
  • This position requires proactive management of communications within the team.
  • The Software Lead will plan and organize the work of a project team and report progress status.
  • They will identify, support to manage the risk, and ensures prompt resolution of issues and removing roadblocks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading software development teams.
  • Strong technical skills in .Net framework, SQL, and VB Script.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team members.
  • Experience with Syncade MES platform and its integration with other systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage risk.
