Key Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Accountabilities – Regulatory Analyst, you will be responsible for providing operational and logistical support to the Regulatory Accountabilities Advisors in the delivery of day-to-day matters for the Senior Managers and Certification Regime.

You will discharge functional responsibilities related to the day-to-day maintenance and oversight of the Global Management Responsibilities Map, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and policies.

Key tasks include:

  • Producing and coordinating management information related to the Management Responsibilities Map, including approved information sharing with key regulators and senior management.
  • Reviewing and updating Senior Manager Function manuals, handover certificates, regulatory job profiles, and regulatory approval documentation.
  • Undertaking additional responsibilities for the delivery of tasks set out in the Corporate Governance & Secretary Global Remuneration and Regulatory Accountabilities service catalogue.
  • Managing a wide range of relationships with key internal stakeholders and tracking changes in relevant legislation and regulation.
Requirements

  • Experience in providing operational and logistical support.
  • Well-developed organizational skills and excellent time management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain and develop relationships across the organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight timelines, and on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
