Experience Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of core recruitment experience, specifically in Non-IT hiring.
  • Consulting or agency background, with exposure to BFSI, Manufacturing, Sales, and other sectors.
  • Proficiency in using job portals like LinkedIn and other tools for sourcing candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and candidate interactions.
Preferred Qualifications

We welcome applicants with experience in recruitment tools, databases, and CRM systems, as well as those with a high energy, target-oriented mindset and a passion for talent acquisition. Strong organizational and time-management skills are also essential.
