Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support the day-to-day activities of our HR department.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be familiar with HR functions, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital personnel records.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information, including employment contracts and PTO requests.
  • Develop and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
  • Compile payroll data, such as bank accounts and working days.
  • Manage job ads, schedule job interviews, and contact candidates as needed.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics, including total number of hires by department.
  • Develop training and onboarding materials, and respond to employees' questions about benefits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
