Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tax Validation Specialist to join our organization.

This is a critical role that requires expertise in tax logic validation, vendor exemptions, and indirect tax reporting.

  • Validate tax logic in S/4HANA and Ariba workflows to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Review vendor exemptions, address accuracy, and multi-tax codes to identify potential discrepancies.
  • Work with Vertex Accelerator+ or OneSource setup to streamline tax processing.
  • Support indirect tax reporting and AP invoice reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Familiarize yourself with legal entity and nexus configurations to ensure tax compliance.
  • Design, execute, and document test cases to validate tax logic and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in tax validation, testing, or related field.
  2. Expertise in tax logic validation, vendor exemptions, and indirect tax reporting.
  3. Experience with Vertex Accelerator+ or OneSource setup.
  4. A strong understanding of S/4HANA and Ariba workflows.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
