Senior Research Analyst Role

This senior-level role requires a highly skilled professional to manage reference data across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.

The Senior Research Analyst will be responsible for setting up and maintaining entities in various platforms, including Diligent, App 2, eFront, and PE AUM Portal. This involves executing ongoing data cleanup and maintenance activities, as well as supporting larger-scale data cleanup initiatives.

  • Entity Management & Platform Administration:
  • Set up and maintain entities for Alternatives business, including Luxembourg (Lux) entities in Diligent platform.
  • Manage comprehensive reference data setup across multiple platforms.
  • Execute data cleanup and maintenance activities in Diligent platform.
  • Support data cleanup initiatives in Diligent as directed.
  • Data Integrity & Reconciliation:
  • Perform regular reconciliations and validations between platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain ongoing monitoring and maintenance of data integrity across systems.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Implement quality control measures to prevent data inconsistencies.
  • Fund Operations & Structure Management:
  • Execute fund structure setup for Alternatives book of business.
  • Organize and maintain legal entity documentation for Alternative investments.
  • Support fund lifecycle management from inception through wind-down.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation:
  • Develop and maintain workflow diagrams and process documentation.
  • Lead process reengineering initiatives, starting with Alternatives business.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures for entity management processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
