Security Professional

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the protection of people and assets in accordance with global security guidelines and policies. To achieve this, we need someone who can work collaboratively with stakeholders from various business functions.
- Security Operations
We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in security management and can implement effective security plans. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and follow-up on security plans
- Review post-site instructions
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, half-yearly, and annual reports
- Ensure all control room systems are functioning properly
- Patrol observations and corrective actions
- Daily vehicle movements
- Ensure all posts are 4M and 5S compliant
- Audits/certifications
- Keeping plans and SOPs updated
- Periodical checks of documentation
- Preparation of documents for internal and external audits
- Follow-up on lights, hydrants, emergency exit doors, and access reader reports
Requirements:
- Graduation with minimum 4 years of experience in security, loss prevention, shrinkage, asset protection, investigations, and inventory
- A minimum of 3-5 years in law enforcement or security-related professions
- Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of security equipment and technology
- Experience in managing or coordinating security investigations of complex nature
- Knowledge of information security processes and systems
- Experience in security auditing
- Exposure to MNC culture and dynamics
