Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Gen AI Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with expertise in neural networks and optimization techniques. They should also have experience with large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and multimodal AI.

The successful candidate will work on developing and deploying end-to-end data pipelines with feature engineering to production in collaboration with data engineering, software engineering, and ML engineering teams.

In this role, the candidate will lead with autonomy, take ownership of Gen AI projects from ideation to deployment, push boundaries of innovation, design the future by developing and fine-tuning Generative AI models, empower AI agents, innovate with LLMs, work with cutting-edge tools, collaborate for impact, and stay ahead by performing continuous research on state-of-the-art AI methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Generative AI models to optimize business processes and enhance productivity;
  • Create agent AI architectures for autonomous decision-making, task delegation, and multi-agent collaboration;
  • Build and optimize LLM applications, leveraging RAG and robust Machine Learning pipelines for NLP, Multimodal AI tasks;
  • Harness the power of Vector Databases and LLM APIs;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications;
  • Perform continuous research on state-of-the-art AI methodologies.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have 4-10 years of experience in Machine Learning & Deep Learning and 2 years of experience in GenAI.

They should have a strong foundation with expertise in neural networks, optimization techniques, and model evaluation. Experience with LLMs, Transformer architectures, and multimodal AI is also required.

Additionally, the candidate should have prior hands-on experience developing and deploying end-to-end data pipelines with feature engineering to production in collaboration with data engineering, software engineering, and ML engineering teams.
