Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineering Manager to oversee the design and development of AI-driven solutions that optimize and automate business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and own all aspects of delivery for AI Automation projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation using AI technologies.
  • Lead front-ending discussions with Customer SMEs, contributing to RFPs and proposals.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Estimate efforts, identify risks, and provide support whenever needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, with a track record of successfully managing AI Automation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience in handling Agile projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools for AI deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Awareness of ethical implications and responsible AI practices.
