Job Opportunity :

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our Generative AI capabilities across product workflows and platform modules. This individual will define the roadmap for GenAI adoption, design innovative features such as smart replies and conversation summarization, and lead integration of LLMs into platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • GenAI Strategy & Vision : Develop a comprehensive strategy for GenAI adoption, including defining key performance indicators and metrics for success.
  • Product Innovation : Design and implement GenAI-powered features that enhance user experience and elevate how bots interact with users in natural and intelligent ways.
  • Model Integration & Optimization : Lead the integration of LLMs into platform capabilities, ensuring seamless interaction and fine-tuning for custom client use cases.
  • Cross-functional Leadership : Collaborate with product, engineering, solutioning, and delivery teams to bring AI features from idea to execution, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Data Governance & Ethics : Ensure responsible use of AI, including compliance, privacy, and bias mitigation, upholding the highest standards of data governance and ethics.
  • AI Partner Ecosystem : Evaluate and collaborate with external GenAI APIs, model providers, and ecosystem players to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
  • Thought Leadership : Represent our organization's GenAI capabilities in client presentations, webinars, and industry events, showcasing expertise and thought leadership in the field.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML; at least 2 years in Generative AI applications.
  • A deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG pipelines.
  • Experience working with OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Pinecone, or vector databases.
  • A strong programming background in Python, familiarity with REST APIs and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP).
  • Proven ability to translate research into scalable products, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
