- Ability to think & act strategically & proactively.
- Must have experience leading development of solution proposals.
- Disruptive product thinker with a vision of the future.
- Passion for innovation & product development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Secondary Market research for customer, domain, technology to identify potential solution development areas
- Act as a steward for innovation solutions, devise new opportunities & solutions & help establish strategic vision around solutions.
- Collaborates with various teams (Internal as well as External) , Senior leaderships to develop innovation roadmap and recommend Innovative solutions
- Serves as the solution lead & lead the development of innovative solutions.
- Evangelize innovative solutions to business, customers during various occasion like CXO Visits, Innovation Day & Industry Events
