Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Operations Manager to join our finance team.

The role will support financial planning, accounting, compliance, and reporting for an international e-commerce gifting brand that operates across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate recording of revenues, expenses, and international transactions.
  • Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Provide insights on financial performance for business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, assist with filing requirements, and coordinate with consultants on international compliance and cross-border taxation.
  • Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.
  • Coordinate with vendors and employees to ensure timely settlement of domestic and international transactions.
  • Contribute to automation of financial processes and system improvements.
  • Maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
