Part-Time Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented financial operations specialist to support our team with part-time finance work. This remote position offers flexible hours and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct monthly and annual financial analysis to inform business decisions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend investments.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive financial reports, including income statements and budget analyses.
- Monitor expenses and assist with cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Excel).
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
