Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and analyzing financial data.

The role involves the use of accounting software and the application of finance principles to maintain accurate financial records and support decision-making processes within the organization.

This is a part-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of accounting experience in the IT industry.

Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure. Proficiency in accounting and payroll software, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books, is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and manage financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  2. Handle end-to-end accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation.
  3. Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
  4. Oversee daily financial transactions and ensure accurate, timely recording of financial data.
  5. Support internal and external audits as required.
  6. Prepare and submit financial reports to management, offering insights and analysis to support decision-making.
  7. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
  8. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
