Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

Create captivating visual assets that drive brand recognition and engage target audiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics, including logos, branding elements, social media creatives, and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative work with business objectives and campaign goals.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple platforms to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives while ensuring designs are practical, executable, and meet client expectations.
  • Produce high-quality production-ready files for digital and print outputs (brochures, presentations, signage, packaging, etc.).
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, design principles, and cultural shifts to keep work current and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategy and client needs.
  • Strong time management skills; ability to work on multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of digital formats (social media, web) and print production.
  • Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design knowledge is a plus.
