Our manufacturing facility is a strategic investment in western India with the acquisition of a float glass plant in 2011. Located in Central Gujarat, this state-of-the-art facility covers an area of 150 acres and produces 550 MT of clear glass per day.

We have positioned ourselves as an attractive location for future investments by having a unique in-house Sand Beneficiation plant.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Operate and maintain electrical equipment, including switchyard, HT & LT switchgears, SF6, transformer, motors, EOT cranes, Battery & Battery charger, UPS, PCC, MCC, Plant lighting & PLC, Electro hydraulic grab, and crushing equipment.
  2. Maintain knowledge of gensets, electrical Panels, Transformers, isolators and lightning arrestors.
  3. Perform maintenance and basic operations of Soft starters & Automation systems, PLC's and SCADA.
  4. Troubleshoot AC/DC machines, and understand circuit theory and earthing concepts.
  5. Control systems & Automation systems.
  6. Protection and metering devices & systems.
  7. VFD & PLC applications.
  8. Encoders & feedback sensors.
  9. HV, MV & LV Power systems & equipments.
  10. Electrical generation & distribution system.
  11. Energy calculations and efficiency improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering from reputable institutions with good academic records.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing / Process / Engg. Industry.
