Software Quality Assurance Engineer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your role will involve managing a team to test a range of applications from high-stakes engineering software solutions to control and monitor high-end software control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will oversee project plans and deliver commitments within a professional, high-paced engineering environment.
  • You will interface with internal/external customers to understand requirements, set priorities, and communicate direction and progress.
  • You will drive improvements in software quality practices.
  • You will contribute to test process, tools, and methodologies.

Technical Expertise:

  • Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience working directly within engineering teams developing software delivering full systems.
  • 5+ years of proven work experience in software testing / quality assurance with web-based applications, mobile applications, and client-server applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Hands-on experience in manual API testing.
  • Experience in automation testing using Selenium or similar frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills, and advanced problem-solving orientation and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of Design Patterns & Data Structures.
  • A passion for technology with demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
