We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Operations Senior Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in IT industry
  • In-depth experience as hands-on IT Engineer with strong knowledge on different cloud technologies and platforms (Azure essential)
  • Understanding of cloud governance, best practices, and policies within Azure
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot unknown technical issues
  • Proven track record in providing support and troubleshooting for cloud infrastructure
  • Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing automated solutions
  • Ability to build out our presence, including mentoring and guiding teams and individuals
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of inventory management, software assurance, CMDB, and asset management tooling
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies and technologies (Git, Azure DevOps desirable)
  • Relevant cloud and/or technology discipline certification (AZ-104)
  • Scripting in relevant discipline and/or within Cloud Automation
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining robust disaster recovery strategies
  • Understanding of applying patches and updates to infrastructure using Ivanti or similar patch management systems
