DevOps Expert - Cloud Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps professional to drive deployment efficiency and operational excellence across our cloud infrastructure.

  • Achieve scalable and reliable software delivery through automation of infrastructure provisioning using industry-standard tools.
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive DevOps pipelines and channels that integrate with our development and operations teams.
  • Evaluate, implement, and streamline DevOps practices, tools, and frameworks to maximize efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain a continuous build and deployment environment to accelerate software releases.
  • Engineer scalable and effective processes for application development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and improve operational readiness.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to development and operations teams.
  • Drive innovation in automation, containerization, cloud adoption, and DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations, or system architecture, with proven leadership experience.
  • Previous experience working in a 24x7 cloud or SaaS operations environment.
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD, cloud, IaC, configuration management, scripting, and programming.
  • Hands-on knowledge of automation service provisioning, middleware configuration, and deployment pipelines.
  • Exposure to CI/CD implementations for Mainframe, Java, and Database applications.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a leadership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of multi-cloud strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience in DevSecOps practices (security integration into CI/CD).
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and service mesh tools (Istio/Linkerd).

Education and Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as CKA, Terraform Associate, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or DevOps-related certifications.
