Drive Financial Accountability Across Cloud Platforms

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing cloud spend, identifying opportunities for cost optimization through rightsizing, auto-scaling, reserved instances, and spot usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to reduce unnecessary expenses and improve resource allocation.

  • Partner with engineering teams to design and implement cost-efficient architectures that meet business needs while minimizing costs.

  • Manage storage lifecycle policies, build dashboards and reports, and provide regular insights on spend trends to leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with governance policies and automate operational tasks through CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud environments, preferably Azure.

  • Strong understanding of cloud-native services and cost management strategies.

  • Experience in SRE/production support, familiarity with FinOps tools, and proficiency in Power BI.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively in fast-paced environments.
