Job Description

As a Cloud and Cloud Native Strategies Professional, you will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies to exceed revenue objectives.

You will work in partnership with the business to ensure success in building, modernizing, and migrating applications, software, and services on Cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities include educating customers of all sizes on the value proposition of Cloud, driving architectural discussions to ensure client strategies and solutions are designed for successful deployment, and conducting training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue objectives
  • Work in partnership with the business to ensure success in building, modernizing, and migrating applications, software, and services on Cloud platforms
  • Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of Cloud
  • Drive architectural discussions to ensure client strategies and solutions are designed for successful deployment
  • Conduct training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of systems engineering, software development, and modernization experience, as well as at least 3 years of experience with hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and knowledge in selling, solutioning or architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions tailored to customer needs.

Certification in AWS or Azure is preferred, and experience in delivering comprehensive solution summaries that outline the key components of the proposed cloud architecture, including benefits, estimated costs, and a high-level implementation roadmap is also desirable.

Expertise in full-stack web application development in languages such as Java, .Net, Python, Go, C#, JavaScript (Node, Angular) is required, as well as experience with services/micro-services development and relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
