**Job Title:** Senior Product Manager, Digital Healthcare

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our digital healthcare products. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulations, workflows, and stakeholder ecosystems. They will possess strong leadership and execution skills, with experience in product management or program leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership, R&D, and client-facing teams to shape the future of proprietary HealthTech platforms.
  • Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of product development-from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in product management or program leadership, with 8+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in agile environments, with experience managing Scrum teams and prioritizing technical debt.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), API-first platforms, and data engineering.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive consensus across technical and non-technical audiences.
