Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Senior Incentive Compensation Associate. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will work closely with clients to design and implement effective incentive compensation plans.

\

This role requires a strong understanding of corporate, product strategy and operational/compliance constraints. You will use this knowledge to deliver IC plans that drive desirable behavior and produce performance.

\

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.

\

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams for goal setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes for the sales field. You will also utilize SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.

\

Additionally, you will assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business or Life Sciences.\
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.\
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.\
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.\
  • Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, goal setting, and IC health check to support client with sales ops activities.\
  • Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.\
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.\
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.\
  • Proactive, highly motivated and good work ethic.\
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\
  • Good to have: Proficiency in Tableau/ Power BI for data visualization and reporting, Experience with Alteryx for data blending and advanced analytics, Familiarity with SAS/Python for statistical analysis and modelling.\
