We are seeking a seasoned Experiential Marketing Director to spearhead our Below-The-Line (BTL) and Experiential marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in fostering deep client relationships, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring the seamless delivery of experiential campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for BTL clients, building and strengthening existing relationships through proactive servicing to ensure organic growth and client satisfaction.
  • Project Lifecycle Oversight: Understand the complete project lifecycle for events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives, ensuring all deliverables are met precisely according to timelines.
  • Business Development & Growth: Develop new business opportunities and work closely with the VP BTL to achieve ambitious growth targets. This includes identifying potential clients, pitching innovative solutions, and securing new partnerships.
  • Strategic Insights: Leverage deep industry knowledge to provide key insights and strategic recommendations that effectively fulfill clients' experiential marketing needs, positioning us as a thought leader.
  • Revenue Accountability: Take full accountability for achieving set revenue and business targets, driving the financial success of the BTL and Experiential division.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in conceptualizing, strategizing, executing, and coordinating all aspects of events, activations, and other experiential marketing requirements.
  • Ability to thoroughly understand brand propositions and campaign objectives, providing tailor-made, innovative solutions and recommendations to clients.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to actively handle turnkey projects from inception to completion.
  • Effective collaboration with internal departments to ensure smooth project management and seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Ability to stay plugged into the latest trends in media and technology, incorporating emerging elements into experiential campaigns for maximum impact.
