Roles and Responsibilities
As a rural product collection strategist, your primary objective is to oversee the collections process with precision. This encompasses managing MIS for enhanced data visibility and efficiency in decision-making.
Key tasks include launching contests to reduce NPA cases, crafting payout structures based on performance metrics, valuing repo assets for optimal returns, establishing pre- and post-delinquency management processes with call centers, representing banking bounce cases, identifying repeat bounces, allocating cases to sales and collection teams, and focusing on restructuring cases with a view to minimizing losses.
