Strategic Data Engineer

Delphi Consulting Middle East is seeking an experienced data engineer to join our team.

  • Design and implement scalable data engineering solutions using Azure-based technologies.
  • Lead complex projects, deliver high-quality solutions with focus on scalability, performance, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various industries to drive project success.
  • Mentor and guide team members as the role transitions into a leadership capacity.
  • Partner with Presales Managers to design technical solutions and lead client discussions.

Requirements:

  • 12-20 years of experience in data engineering with deep expertise in the Azure ecosystem.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI with recent practical implementation.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Strong client-facing and solutioning experience, including technical presentations and workshops.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
