Position: Project Coordinator

Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year

About the Role

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and hardworking Project Coordinator to support our organization in managing projects effectively. The ideal candidate is someone who can multitask, stay organized under pressure, and work with speed and accuracy.

Able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results on time.

The successful candidate will be able to coordinate between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear, fast, and effective communication.

The right candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables with attention to detail.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations with accuracy.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing action points.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
