As a compensation and benefits expert, you will be responsible for aligning the organization's compensation and benefits practices with its overall HR philosophy. This involves designing compensation structures, determining salary ranges, managing annual salary revisions, and communicating compensation programs to employees and management.
This role requires driving best-in-class compensation and benefits practices individually under supervision. The ideal candidate will have experience in people leadership, benefits portfolio management, and expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, and data analysis.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Monitor and maintain the organization's compensation structure to balance compliance, cost control, and staff attraction and retention.
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for Market Intelligence & Annual Planning and the Total Rewards CoE.
- Analyze key market intelligence indicators using predictive analytics and interlock with stakeholders to support actionable market intelligence.
- Consult with leaders and managers on compensation philosophy, policies, and structures.
- Research and analyze market data to develop compensation structures and conduct ad hoc analysis for business leaders.
- Support HR professionals within the CoE and develop a global HR organization delivering clients and communities.
- Undertake job evaluations to ensure fair pay differences between jobs within the organization.
- May prepare RFPs and shortlist vendors, and complete appraisal and revision cycles.

- Defining problem statements, goal setting, performance management, escalation management, and coaching/mentoring the operations team across health, wellbeing, and operations functions.

- Working with Leaders, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and the leadership team to communicate/amplify the Benefits philosophy and educate team members on the value of Total Rewards.
- Managing and monitoring health and wellbeing budgets and insurance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree or professional certification in a relevant field is preferred.
The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive onboarding process, including training and mentoring, to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
