We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Executive HRBP. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing blue-collar manpower, resolving payroll queries, and executing employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control attrition, attendance, and absenteeism among blue-collar workers.\
  • Oversee the entire manpower life cycle, including hiring, deployment, and exits.\
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and utilize MS Office tools for reporting and data analysis.\
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.\
  • Manage conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.\
  • Regularly review and improve HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.\
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior HR staff members.\
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.\
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.\
  • Assist in the implementation of organizational change initiatives.\
  • Support talent management activities, including recruitment and succession planning.\
  • Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.\
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.\
  • Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.\
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and managers.\
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HR-related matters.\
