Job Overview
\We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Executive HRBP. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing blue-collar manpower, resolving payroll queries, and executing employee engagement initiatives.
\Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control attrition, attendance, and absenteeism among blue-collar workers.\
- Oversee the entire manpower life cycle, including hiring, deployment, and exits.\
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.\
- Collaborate with stakeholders and utilize MS Office tools for reporting and data analysis.\
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.\
- Manage conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.\
- Regularly review and improve HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.\
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior HR staff members.\
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.\
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.\
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.\
- Assist in the implementation of organizational change initiatives.\
- Support talent management activities, including recruitment and succession planning.\
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.\
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.\
- Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.\
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and managers.\
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR-related matters.\
