About the Position

As a Senior Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing strong relationships with clients.
  • Managing media activities, developing briefs, documenting feedback structures, and creating a solid network for our project.
  • Setting a media narrative and agenda for public debate on politics.
  • Engaging journalists at national and state levels for coordination and interactions.
  • Developing a deeper understanding of the media landscape, maintaining a healthy network at national, state, and district levels.
  • Producing content for social and digital media channels.
  • Driving media strategy through goal-setting, objective development, and plan execution.
  • Maintaining accurate records and presenting results of media efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in media or related fields.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Mass Communication/Journalism/PR/Media Management/social sciences.
  • Proficiency in media and current affairs.
  • Prioritization, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Telugu proficiency is desirable.
