Senior Financial Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Financial Specialist to join our Finance and Accounting team.

  • This role is responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and aligning financial goals with the company's objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to maintain accurate financial details.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Update and maintain project/client data to support decision-making and accurate reporting.
  2. Create and publish charts and summary tables for easy data visualization and analysis.
  3. Ensure timely reconciliation of project/client data with organizational databases and accounts.
  4. Prepare, discuss, and document detailed reports on projects and clients, identifying issues.
  5. Invoice clients promptly for services, handle queries, and coordinate with internal contacts.
  6. Resolve vendor disputes, ensure invoices are entered timely, and reconcile statements of accounts.
  7. Manage monthly and annual GST return filings for compliance with regulations.
  8. Handle monthly TDS filings for compliance audits.

You Should Apply if You:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree. A certification like CA Inter Pass is an added advantage.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Finance team.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Well-versed with MS Office, Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
